Silvio Berlusconi Calls Barack Obama ‘Tanned’

(MYFOX NATIONAL) – Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi called President Barack Obama “tanned” for a second time and added that the First Lady is also “sun-tanned.”The 72-year-old Berlusconi spoke Sunday in Milan at a rally of conservative supporters and told the crowd he brought salutations from the United States: “I bring you greetings from a person who is called … a person who is sun-tanned … Barack Obama,” reported The Telegraph . He went on to say about the first couple, “You wouldn’t believe it, but they go sunbathing at the beach together — his wife is also sun-tanned.”

To be a leader of a country, one has to display a certain tact and intelligence especially when dealing with other nations who do not come from the same bigoted and racially prejudice region one hails from. It appears Premier Silvio Berlusconi has shown that he has neither the intelligence or the capacity to conduct himself in an international arena. It is a shame that he leads a country that has so much cultural significance.
